All our ICU/OR pendants, oxygen regulator,syringe and infusion pump had been passed the CE and ISO13485,and others had been passed the ISO certificates.

A:1 year after installation.
2,Can you deliver on time?
A: No problem. Not only have we several years of export experience, but also have a good working relationship with many logistics. When FOB price term, we will arrange the goods in time and estimate the period from the FOB port to the destination, in order to deliver the goods on time.
3,Can you render installation services?
A: It is afraid we can’t. but we can provide the written or electronic technical support.
4,Are free the samples?
A: Some samples are free and some needs pay.
5,What payment you prefer?
A: We prefer T/T, but L/C, western union,paypal are accepted.
6, What is Blackfish’s return policy?
A: Our primary goal is to keep our customers satisfied, we will undertake to replace them if the equipment is not up to the agreed specifications and quality. And bear the cost of transporting one-way.
